Sectional Title Management
We offer a comprehensive range of sectional title management and administration services to sectional title schemes, body corporate, sectional title property owners, and sectional title trustees for bodies corporate and property owners and trustees or directors for homeowner’s associations. We are committed to provide a quality property management service to homeowner’s associations and sectional title schemes and adding value to the assets and investments of our clients.

Water and Electricity Management
We arrange for Meters to be installed for electricity and water to assist in administration and tariff maintenance. The meter is installed as a secondary meter at the main distribution board of the premises and does not interfere with or impair the functionality of the primary meter in a sub-metering environment. In a municipal environment we replace the existing meters or install new meters.
Our focused is not on selling meters but offer flexible tailor-made solutions to landlords and owners, administered by a stable vending platform. Technology is integrated to offer our clients a superior customer experience, including a support centre open 365 days a year from 7am to 10pm, and customer specific online reporting.
